Using a range of equipment that can include - dumbbells, body weight, barbells, medicine balls and ropes, we'll throw you into a full body workout. Never stagnating we can promise you a unique and different class on every visit.
Moving from station to station circuit training is a fantastic way to improve strength, stamina and mobility. Your class may have somewhere in the region of 10 stations and you'll spend up to 2 minutes or a set amount of repetitions on each station.
